Additionally, the project focuses on streamlining order fulfillment for Sales/Relationship Manager John by integrating real-time visibility into shipment availability. The ultimate goal is to develop an integrated system that automates tasks, improves operational efficiency, and enhances overall customer satisfaction for ATC.

In conducting secondary research for AI implementation, I delved into industry reports, academic studies, and case studies from internet to gather insights on best practices, emerging trends, and successful strategies. This research involved analyzing AI technologies, their applications in transportation and logistics, as well as studying previews of other products related to smart dashboard development, automation tools, and integrated systems. 

The aim was to gather comprehensive knowledge to inform the design and implementation of innovative solutions tailored to the needs of Project

Granting Ashwin access to the same functionalities as John and other salespersons will empower him to perform their tasks seamlessly. Designing the tool with this approach ensures a comprehensive understanding of its flow, with minimal adjustments needed for John and the sales team to utilize it effectively. This approach optimizes workflow efficiency and user experience across roles within the organization.
